neuroinformatical tools as part of my research project I request that
please give me workflow for Analysing dataset and codes for analysis of
dataset finally what types of datasets can be used for brain modelling by

Hi,
NEST is a neural simulation tool and this mailing list provides help with
using that tool, or help with solving specific modelling problems. From
your mail I did not understand what exactly the modelling problem is that
you're trying to solve, or what the problem is that you face?
Could you try to describe the modelling problem that you're trying to
solve, explain to us what you've done so far and where exactly you got
stuck?

My actually problem , is that I have hippocampus neural model dataset which
is in CSV format were I have no idea to analyse it or simulate and
visualize it from nest simulator so I request you to please guide me how
can import dataset and simulate and visualise the dataset........
I hope you to please help me out from this issue 🙏

Hi,
Have you tried familiarizing yourself with NEST through the tutorials? They
are a great starting point to understand how to build networks with NEST
from any dataset you may have:
https://nest-simulator.readthedocs.io/en/stable/tutorials/index.html
It should also become clearer to you whether NEST is even the tool you are
looking for and to ask more targeted questions you might have!
At this point it's still not clear what is in your dataset or what you want
to do with it, but analyzing and visualizing datasets does not sound like a
task that someone else is likely to do for you.
