The primary place to go to if you find an error in NEST is the NEST user mailing list. If you do not want to subscribe to the list, you can write a mail to mailto:bugs@nest-initiative.org.

Please include the following information in your bug report:

  1. Platform and operating system version.
  2. Version of NEST.
  3. The file config.log from the build directory and the output of the configure script.
  4. A detailed transcript of how you got the error.
  5. A minimal script to reproduce the error.
